Churchill's Rosé Sangria

This fruity Rosé Sangria has everything you need to stay cool!

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 3 nectarines, stoned and sliced
  • 200g raspberries
  • 750ml bottle Churchill’s Estates rosé wine
  • juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp golden caster sugar
  • 300ml sparkling water
  • small hand of mint sprigs

Recipe:

  • Add the wine and the fruits to a large jug and stir to combine.
  • Leave in the fridge for about one hour or until chilled.
  • Then top up with sparkling water and garnish with mint leaves to serve.
